The SKEISO SKS-2 half rack functional trainer is for lifters who want free-bar practice at the center of their home gym, with cable and bodyweight work close at hand. It has no Smith station. Pair it with your own compatible bar, plates and bench to build a rack-based setup that also supports focused accessory training.
